I work exclusively with executive-level leaders, luminaries, champions and change agents, who are willing to commit to a full year of life, work, mind + spirit transformation. 

I’m a businesswoman, a marketing professional and a seasoned salesperson. For me, transformation is all the more exhilarating when it’s tied to measurable metrics of success.

Coaching is my soul vocation — a life of service, anchored in responsibility. Seeing my clients crack their own glass ceilings and soar into new stratospheres of affluence + influence is a privilege beyond imagining.

I provide a framework for you to do the legwork, by creating a structured space for life-changing conversations — and offering objective reactions, logistical insights, road-tested tactics, and bottomless empathy (believe me, I’ve been there. And then some.)

My coaching methods require a year-long commitment. And to create a high-impact, high-touch + high-access experience for each client, I commit myself to a maximum of 6 individuals at a time.

Your LOUD + CLEAR year includes:

• Twenty-five 90-minute Transformational Coaching Conversations, via phone, with unlimited email + text message support between calls.
• Four half-day, face-to-face Strategy Sessions — two in my city + two in yours.
• Weekly Reality CheckPoint Packets — and swift feedback from me — to keep you grounded in personal accountability, as you walk your (new) talk.
• Opportunities to bring me into your business or department for team workshops, communication training, leadership education and skill development. (at an additional fee)

Time investment: a minimum of 106 hours (over the course of a full year)
